I read an interesting post today on the Brenizer method of creating bokeh panoramas. It’s a technique of shooting a series of shots with a wide open aperture and stitching them together to make one great big image with a really shallow depth of field (the post I read was here, but further reading can be found here, and here).
I tried to get a portrait shot with my boys but neither could sit still long enough to snap enough frames. Enter little blue stationary guy, short of tranquillising my kids and posing them in their passed out states, he was the next best bet.
I’m hoping to take a few more of these shots in the coming weeks.
