Was trying out the photosynth app this morning on my phone as the sun rose over the city. It’s not a bad little tool to grab an in camera panorama with.

We attended an air show at the local RAAF base today. Some amazing demonstrations of flying by the pilots and their flying machines led to a chance for some photo taking.

It was a great day out with reports that it drew 30-40,000 people. Unfortunately this meant a two hours crawl through traffic to get there and a three hour crawl home, although this gave us a chance to enjoy the country air and gaze at the surrounding vineyards.

The sun is going to sleep earlier, the rain is hanging around longer, and the leaves are turning some beautiful colours. Summer is finally on the way out and Autumn has truly headed our way. Was really digging the pattern on this leaf this afternoon as the sun made its early march toward the horizon.
